Nobunaga the Fool VI / Animation Shoji Kawamori's multi-dimensional project "The Fool" has been adapted into a TV anime! DVD volume 6.Satellite, which has produced numerous original animations such as "Macross F" and "Aquarion" series with Shoji Kawamori, is in charge of animation production! Eiichi Sato, the assistant director of "Macross Frontier the Movie: Sayonara no Tsubasa", Hiroki Marufuji, the character designer of "AQUARION EVOL", and popular script writers such as Shigeru Morita, Doko Waita, and Jun Kumagai, who have worked on many popular works, will participate as main scenario writers! The film depicts a sci-fi spectral romance in which strong men who have scattered in the midst of their ambitions meet each other across time and space! Takahiro Sakurai and Yuki Kaji play Mitsuhide Akechi and Hideyoshi Toyotomi, respectively, who are Nobunaga's vassals and friends, and Yoko Hikasa plays Jeanne Kaguya D'Arc, who comes to the East Star from the West Star in search of the "Star Save King". Tomokazu Sugita plays Leonardo da Vinci, who helps Jeanne in her quest to discover the fate of the world, and Yuichi Nakamura plays Gaius Julius Caesar, a young general from the western star who becomes Nobunaga's rival. The world divided into two stars, East and West, was once connected by the Amanohashidate created by a super-ancient civilization. On the western planet, the legacy of a super-ancient civilization revived by the Renaissance ushered in an era of warfare. While turmoil looms over the two stars, Jeanne Kaguya d'Arc, a young girl from the western planet, foresees the birth of a "Savior Star King" who will save the world. She then descends to the eastern star together with Leonardo da Vinci, an observer of the world. Meanwhile, Oda Nobunaga, the "impudent one" of the eastern planet, desires the power to change the world amidst the war in which many heroes are competing for supremacy. As if the divided worlds are guiding each other, Nobunaga and Jeanne have a fateful encounter.
