The Cloudnova Form 2 is what you get when you put a lot of On's running technology into a sleek everyday sneaker. An evolution of the original Form, the Cloudnova Form 2 shares a lot of the original's features. A breathable, semi-transparent, and soft upper wrap the foot like a hug. The CloudTec® outsole with its Zero Gravity foam cushions each step, while the nylon blend Speedboard™ helps you towards your next one. Rubber reinforcements on the outsole support the natural rolling motion of the foot and the fitted tongue offers a comfortable fit.

There are a few subtle changes from the original. The aforementioned Zero Gravity foam is now made from 50% bio-attributed material (renewable material like waste cooking oil), which reduces the C02e emissions by about 20% versus a typical EVA foam. There is also a slightly thicker underfoot wall designed to improve stability. The new construction snugs up the hold in the heel (reduces heel-slip vs. the original), and an altered step-in makes them a little easier to get on and off.
