This beautiful red and green tartan wool vintage coat is both eye-catching and timeless. This full length coat is beautifully tailored featuring a double lapel collar, two flap over pockets, partial faux belt detail at the back of the waist, at the cuffs and dark green faux leather buttons at the front. Originally, designed as menswear for The Clothes Show Live in 1996 by Sherilyn Woverston. This is a unique and stylish vintage piece.

- Red and dark green tartan 

- Large double collar v neckline

- Long sleeves with strap detail at the cuff 

- Two front pockets with a flap over finish 

- Half belt style detail at the back 

- Kick pleat at the back from waist to hem        

- Fastens with 3 dark green faux leather buttons at the front  and then has open split from waist to floor 

- Fully lined with shoulder pads for shape

- No composition label but the fabric feels like good quality wool

-  Perfect for Autumn/ Winter styling , labelled as menswear but suitable for anyone

-  Designed by Sherilyn Wolverson at The University of Central Lancashire and  exhibited at The Clothes Show Live in 1996 ( I know this it came to me as part of a pair and the other coat still had its clothes show labels )
