This beautiful blouse from Givenchy Couture is embellished with white vinyl applique, has a peplum waist and very full sleeves. I assumed that the fabric was silk organza but was quite surpeised to see that the fabric tag says it's cotton - either way, it's a semi-sheer, stiffened voile or organza fabric that has a lot of body. There is no size label, but based on the waist size, which is an unyielding 24-24.5 inches, we are estimating it to be a size 2, or XS. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
