There are 12 cards with colored symbols on the table. The symbols have four properties in three variations: a color, a quantity, a fill and a shape. All players are now searching for a set at the same time. A set consists of three cards, the variation of properties of which are completely the same or completely different.

When you see a set, shout "SET!". The game stops for a moment and you show which three cards you think form a set. If you are right, you can keep the cards. If not, you put them back and you may only participate again after another player has found a correct set. After taking a set, the cards on the table are replenished.
