IRONAX X4S FOUR STATION MULTI-GYM

STATION 1

The loaded station allows for flat or incline chest presses, seated rows, lat pulldowns, triceps pulldowns, seated rows, bicep curls, leg extensions & Leg curls.

STATION 2

The horizontal leg press is a great piece of exercise equipment that can help you build strength and tone your lower body muscles. The seated position provides lower back support, greater muscle activation, versatility, and ease of use.

STATION 3

The VKR, or vertical knee raise station, is an excellent piece of equipment to help you develop your core strength and upper body muscles. With a VKR, you can perform a variety of exercises, such as leg raises, knee raises, and crunches, to target your abs, obliques, and hip flexors while also engaging your upper body muscles, such as your chest, shoulders, and triceps
