The KStrong® Kapture™ Element Arc Flash Rated Full Body Harness is designed for professionals working in high-voltage and arc flash environments. Featuring flame-resistant (FR) aramid webbing and non-conductive dielectric hardware, this harness ensures optimal safety, strength, and compliance for utility, electrical, and industrial applications.

With a 5-point adjustable design, the harness includes dielectric friction buckles on the shoulders and pass-through buckles on the chest and legs, allowing for fast, secure adjustment. It comes equipped with three dielectric D-rings—one on the back for fall arrest and two at the waist for work positioning—offering versatility for a range of elevated work scenarios.

Crafted with Kevlar stitching and black molded alloy steel core components, this harness delivers exceptional durability and electrical insulation. The 1.73-inch wide aramid webbing has a breaking strength of 5,000 lbs., and the harness supports a capacity range of 130–310 lbs. (ANSI) and up to 420 lbs. (OSHA).

It meets or exceeds ANSI Z359.11-2021 and ASTM F887-20 standards, making it arc flash compliant and safe for energized environments.
