iClave Plus Autoclave Technology and Functionality:

• User-friendly and easy-to-read control panel: Thanks to its sophisticated design and excellent visibility, the control screen is simple to use and easy to maintain. It also displays different colors depending on the status, which improves visibility of the progress of sterilization cycles.
• A creative and efficient thermal system: An advanced heating system allowing excellent thermal conductivity. The innovative heating system proposed by NSK optimizes the high thermal conductivity of copper. The device surrounding the copper chamber is a specific heating system also used in satellites. It integrates an electrothermal material incorporated into the silicone in order to heat the entire chamber uniformly and without heat loss.
• Sterilization cycle data recording: All sterilization cycles are recorded on a USB stick and no specific software is required to view and print the records of all cycles. The system records all important cycle parameters under a unique date and time reference.
• Vacuum sterilization for all types of instruments: A vacuum pump removes air from the chamber and cavities of the handpiece before sterilization.
• Antibacterial filter for greater safety: During the drying phase, the iClave plus is ventilated through an antibacterial filter, thus eliminating the possibility of re-contamination.
• 50% more capacity than the Conventional sterilizers: Because it maintains stable and precise temperatures throughout the entire chamber and thanks to continuous surface temperature control, the iClave Plus can utilize its entire 18-liter volume. The iClave Plus offers 50% more sterilization space than a traditional stainless steel chamber of the same size and ensures greater safety by limiting instrument overload.
