Our Sugarcane Dark Decaf comes from the Huila region of Colombia, where the entire process, from harvest to decaffeination, happens close to the source. Using a natural method known as ethyl acetate (EA) processing, derived from fermented sugarcane, this coffee retains its origin character and integrity in the cup.
Clean, sweet, and surprisingly complex, this is decaf that doesn’t taste like a compromise. We’ve worked closely with our sourcing partners to ensure freshness and quality year-round, and it shows in every brew.
