Inside, readers can explore the storied history of this twentieth century LA home—commissioned by heiress and aspiring bohemian Aline Barsndall and brought to life by Frank Lloyd Wright—with accompanying photographs drawing attention to ornamental details, inspired by Wright’s 1905 trip to Japan.
