The Selmer Mark VII is a hugely underrated vintage saxophone, offering the power and flexibility Selmer tenors are known for with a slightly broader, more modern feel than the Mark VI. This 1981 example is in very good condition and plays beautifully throughout the range.
The lacquer is in great shape overall, with just a small area of wear to the bell. Tonally, it has a rich, powerful sound with plenty of depth and projection, making it a fantastic instrument for both section work and solo playing.
Comes with an older Mark VI style case.
