Application:Flushing the HPLC system without contamination or loss of solvents. For this, a distributor head is placed on a flushing bottle, the HPLC b.safe screw caps are removed from the eluent bottles and these are installed on the connections of the flushing bottle distributor. Passage at the distributor neck is sufficiently measured so that the capillary hoses installed on the HPLC screw cap along with filter can be introduced into the flushing bottle. With the GL 45 flushing bottle distributor, the use of intake filters that are as small as possible (max. Ø 14 mm) makes introducing the capillaries through the bottle neck easier. Should a connection of the flushing bottle distributor not be used, this can be closed with a GL 45 screw cap. The escape of solvent vapours that are hazardous to health or a contamination of the flushing solution with ambient air is prevented by the HPLC b.safe screw caps with venting valve. In addition, the flushing bottle distributor can also be used directly for rear flask and needle seat flushing. For this, connect the desired capillaries and a venting valve to the central capillary connections using fittings.
