The ART CoolSwitch is a convenient utility that allows A/B switching of a single mono source signal (guitar, bass or keyboard) between two amplifiers or channels. The unit also allows switching between two source signals, into a signal amplifier or amplifier channel. The unit provides dual 1/4" Phone inputs and outputs, A/B switch LED indicators and dual, "stomp box" style A/B or Y configuration switches. The CoolSwitch is powered via single 9V alkaline battery (included) making it suitable for remote recording and P.A. application. A/B and Y Switching The CoolSwitch allows switching between two source signals to a single amplifier (Y configuration), or a single source into two amplifiers or amplifier channels (A/B configuration. Battery Operated The unit operates on a single 9V alkaline battery for remote operation during P.A., recording and sound reinforcement applications. Rugged Switches The rugged "stomp box" style switches initiate either Y or A/B switching.
