❶ Texture (The Tactile & Application Experience)

• The "Blurring" Base: These are dominated by Mica + Talc + Silica as the top three ingredients. This creates a velvety, dry, "second-skin" slip. Silica microspheres roll across the lid, preventing skipping. Zero "drag" on the delicate eyelid. It feels like cashmere, not chalk.

• For Mature or Textured Lids (Anti-Aging Benefit): Look at formulas those with Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer and Phenyl Trimethicone.
