Speed loss mid-cut is typically caused by one of three factors: a worn or incorrect blade for the material being cut, an undersized power supply or extension lead causing voltage drop, or excessive feed pressure forcing the blade through material faster than the motor can sustain. Ensure you are using the correct blade type for your material, verify your power source meets the 220–240V / 4000W requirement, and allow the blade to cut at its own pace with steady, controlled feed pressure.

Inaccurate cuts are usually the result of operator feed angle drift, a damaged blade, or an unsecured workpiece. Mark your cut line clearly before starting, use a straight edge or guide rail where possible, and ensure the slab or paver is stable and cannot shift during cutting. Also inspect the blade for warping or uneven wear — a damaged 355mm blade will track inconsistently regardless of operator technique.

The CM14Y is designed for low-vibration operation. If you are experiencing excessive vibration, the most common causes are a loose or incorrectly mounted blade, a damaged or unbalanced blade, or worn internal components. Stop operation immediately, power down, and inspect the blade mounting and condition. Refer to the included Guide Book for correct blade installation torque and safety checks before resuming use.
