Our colourful flowers are made from our popular Swiss Meringue Buttercream, and the beautifully shaped shells and mermaid tails are made out fondant. 

You can customise the shell, and mermaid tails in gold or silver – just select the colour at the option box. We will also paint the name on the cake to match the mermaid tail's colour.

All our Mermaid cakes are finished with an outer layer of vanilla buttercream.
