Heidsieck & Co. Monopole is one of Champagne's oldest and most respected Champagne houses, established in 1785 in Epernay.

This Champagne is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and contains sulphites.

It has a light yellow colour with green highlights, and on the nose it is rich, toasty and buttery. The palate shows a full, fruity and well-structured combination of blackcurrant, lemon and slight yeastiness.

Sparkling wines and Champagne should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. The ideal temperature is 13-15 degrees C.

Warning: Sparkling wines contain high natural pressure. Chill bottle before opening and point away from others when removing cork.

Grape variety: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier. Alcohol by volume: 12.5%.
