Dosage

• Take 1 tablet 3–4 times daily.

Warnings

• Use with caution during pregnancy.
• Globe artichoke is contraindicated in cases of gallbladder blockage.
• Avoid taking simultaneously with meals or iron supplements if anaemia or iron supplementation is required.
• Do not take at the same time as immunosuppressive drugs; caution is advised in individuals with elevated liver enzymes on such medications.
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
